Who is the seller

Consumer status

A consumer is a natural person buying for purposes not directly connected with their business. A sole trader buying outside their professional specialisation has the same rights as a consumer (Polish Consumer Rights Act art. 7aa).

Contract

The sales contract is concluded when we confirm your order by e-mail. Prices are quoted in PLN and include VAT. Shipping is added at checkout.

Payment

BLIK, Przelewy24, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay. We start fulfilment after full payment is received.

Shipping

Details in the Shipping Policy. We ship within Poland and most EU countries.

Returns

14-day return without reason. Free returns within Poland — we send you the label. Details in the Refund Policy.

Complaints (lack of conformity)

If the product is faulty or does not match its description, write to arcaliongroup@gmail.com. We respond within 14 days. We act under the Polish Consumer Rights Act in the version effective from 1 January 2023.
