EU: Germany, Czechia, Slovakia, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Ireland, Slovenia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, Greece, Cyprus, Malta, Luxembourg.
Other countries — on request.

Tracking

After dispatch you receive an e-mail with tracking number and link.

Damaged parcel

If the parcel arrived damaged — file a damage report with the courier and write to arcaliongroup@gmail.com.

Unclaimed parcel

If a parcel returns to us, we may charge re-shipping costs. If you have already withdrawn from the contract, an unclaimed parcel is treated as withdrawal.
